- Do I need to have reseller's permit?

California businesses are required to have a valid reseller's permit.  For other states, reseller permit is optional but not required.

- What is the minimum order?

Minimum order amount is $100 plus shipping and handling

- Is it possible to get access to printed catalog?

We do no longer provide the print catalogue due to the rapid change of the fashion items. We update product information weekly and post the majority of the stocks on-line only.

- Is International shipping available?

We currently don't ship international.  We currently only ship within United States.

- How long does it take for delivery? 

We ship via UPS and if the order is placed in the morning, it will be shipped the same day.  Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 1-6 days for the shipping.  For more information, please visit the delivery section. 

- When the item is out of stock, does it get restocked on time?

As a wholesaler, our goal is to keep new items in stock but due to high demands, items go out of stock very quickly in some cases. Since the fashion industry is changing at  a fast pace, some styles are never restocked.  We try our best to update the site with new items. 

- What payment menthods are available?

We currently only accept Visa and Mastercard for online payments.

- Is dropshipping available for single items?

Since we are a wholesaler, we mostly deal with bulk orders.  Therefore, dropshipping of single items is not available.

- Does Hirason offer real designer handbags?

No, we don't carry any name brands or designers bags on Hirason.com
